Workshop Terms and Conditions


Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment.

Receipt of Payment

Enrollment in all workshops is handled through Paypal, a receipt of payment will be generated and sent automatically to your email account. Bobbi & Lee’s Photo-Adventures does not take responsibility for email spam filtering that may inadvertently prevent the arrival of your receipt.  

You will also receive a “Registration Package” which will contain additional information about the the class, dates, times, and location. Prior to the class start date, you will also receive a separate “Details” email from Bobbi and/or Lee which will include information about what to bring to the class, as well as parking and direction information. All emails will be sent to the email address you use for Paypal unless you contact us directly!

Refund Policy

A $25 administrative fee will be charged on all refund requests. The request must arrive greater than two weeks prior to the course start date. No refunds will be provided for requests arriving two week or less prior to the course start date. Refunds will be process in a timely manner, but due to travel constraints, refunds may take up to 30 days to process!  All refund requests must be submitted via email to or

Course Cancellations

On occasion a course may cancel due to low enrollment or conflicts. If such a case occurs, all students will be refunded in full. Bobbi & Lee’s Photo-Adventures does not take responsibility for non-refundable airline tickets, hotel expenses, or any other costs that may be attributable toward enrolling in a course.
